If you are interested in purchasing a Genesis 24, but there isn’t a dealer near you, reach out! We will work with you and your local dealer. Our Founders Edition model comes standard with a factory direct mobile service plan. No matter where you’re located, we will provide factory direct maintenance to ensure your genesis is always on the water
What does the mobile service option include?
This is our most advanced remote and comprehensive diagnostic / maintenance plan which includes direct contact with the Genesis team. No customer service line. If possible, we will work with your local dealer to complete basic maintenance. For more involved tasks & diagnostics we will fly out a service tech to handle additional work.
