Our Origin

Genesis was founded by people who lived on the water. As lifelong wakesurfers and wakeboarders, we understood the tradeoffs that had quietly become accepted as unavoidable: excessive fuel consumption, short effective range, escalating maintenance, and prices that rose every year for systems that felt increasingly disconnected from the rider experience.

We didn’t believe those compromises were inevitable. We believed they were the result of outdated architecture. So instead of optimizing around legacy constraints, we started from first principles—rethinking how power is generated, stored, and deployed in a modern wake boat. Genesis was built for riders—but engineered to a standard that scales far beyond a single product.
